Igor's T-shirts stands behind the quality of its products and service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us and subject to the following criteria we will replace the product in question, or provide a refund excluding postage and processing costs.

Igor's T-shirts products are made-to-order with the best quality materials possible using our state-of-the-art digital printing equipment.

Igor's T-shirts takes great pride in its commitment to customer satisfaction. However, certain circumstances are beyond our control. Please note that we cannot be responsible for:

• Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer. 
• Errors found in graphics after they have been approved.***
• Inferior quality or low-resolution graphics provided by the customer.
• Design errors introduced by the customer in the design creation process.
• Errors in user-selected options such as product type or size.
• Delays in delivery of rush orders due to not receiving customer approval in time.
• Delays in delivery based on shipping errors out of our control.

We never begin work until graphics are approved.  However, we begin work immediately after customer APPROVAL. Therefore, once an order is APPROVED by the customer, any changes will incur additional costs.

***Please examine your designs carefully and correct any mistakes prior to approving your order. DOUBLE CHECK SPELLING AND ALL OTHER DETEAILS.  We work fast, are human and can make mistakes.

In an effort to keep costs down and pass substantial savings along to our customers, Igor's T-shirts does not always proof documents created by its customers prior to processing.
